Inside, the CM.028U is based around an alloy Version 3 gearbox with TM spec internals, compatible with a wide range of aftermarket upgrades. As it comes, we're equipped with 18:1 ratio steel gears running on 7mm steel bushings, a quick change spring guide for easy power tuning and a 6.03mm tightbore inner barrel, providing an FPS boost and improved accuracy potential with high quality ammo. Made from a mix of high-density polymer, alloy and steel, the CM.028A is the perfect happy medium between hefty full steel AK builds, which are a challenge to run, and full high-density polymer builds, which feel less realistic in the hands.
