Inside, the CGS GAU-5A is based on the TM ZET system design, widely regarded as the best GBBR internal system around. CGS (CYMA Gas System) has made it even better, throwing in a generous complement of steel parts, including the bolt carrier, trigger group and bolt catch. This means a longer lifespan than rival GBBRs and heavier recoil thanks to the added mass from the robust steel bolt carrier. Also inside is a 6.03mm tightbore inner barrel, a generous advantage that improves gas efficiency and accuracy.
