The Theos features a two-point suspension, which means it is intended to be mounted to two points on your platform, more effectively distributing weight compared to a single-point sling. The Theos sling does not include mounting hardware but does support QD sling swivels or HK hooks(sold separately) at your discretion. These can be added to each end and secured with polymer triglides if required. As it comes, you can loop the Theos through "footman loop" sling slots, such as those found on the M4 triangular front sight and the Crane rifle stock.
