This full metal beast is built with a high proportion of steel and is one of the hardest recoiling GBBRs out there, thanks to its hefty full-sized bolt carrier complete with a detailed mock long stroke piston system. WE has really gone the extra mile when it comes to realism; pop open the hinged top cover and you'd be hard pressed to tell this apart from a real AK! In terms of realism, this AK is hard to beat, feeding from 30-round real-cap magazines which provide both a "dry-fire" mode and a more realistic "stop firing on empty" mode, giving you the dead man's click when it's time to reload, just like a real AK. Internally, this updated WE AKS-74U also features a 6.04mm tightbore inner barrel, providing an advantage in accuracy and a slight increase in FPS from the same power gas, though it shares internal parts with the previous generation and is ready for aftermarket upgrades.
