The SCRS-GR (Solar Charging Rifle Sight) represents a leap forward in Holosun's SCS technology, introducing a brand-new, remarkably compact 20mm tube sight meticulously crafted for long gun applications. This innovative optic incorporates light sensors alongside an advanced Auto Mode for automatic reticle intensity adjustments and a Manual Mode for personalized control over dot brightness. Constructed from durable 7075 aluminum, the SCRS-GR is equipped with a lower 1/3 co-witness mount (1.63 inch) that adopts Holosun's trusted 509T footprint, ensuring compatibility with various third-party offset RDS mounts. Available with either a precise 2MOA dot or Holosun's versatile MRS (Multi-Reticle System), the SCRS-GR offers a total of 12 reticle intensity settings, with four specifically optimized for night vision use, all while delivering an exceptional battery life of up to 50,000 hours. Solar Failsafe Solar Failsafe Technology is one of many innovations featured on solar-equipped Holosun optics. With Solar Failsafe, if your battery fails you always have a backup power source when natural or artificial light is available. Solar Failsafe is activated while in Auto Mode where reticle intensity is automatically adjusted based on the amount of light the solar cell receives. In brighter conditions you have a brighter reticle and in lower-light conditions the reticle will step down in intensity to match any lighting conditions. On models equipped with a super capacitor, it is possible to run the optic, indefinitely, in daytime and night conditions, by maintaining a charge through the Solar Failsafe System all without a battery. Shake Awake Shake Awake Technology is a standard feature on all current model Holosun optics and serves to extend battery life by deactivating the optics LED while not in use. A highly sensitive motion sensor works to detect motion keeping the LED powered on during use. This allows for duty or concealed carry with seamless operation throughout your day
